This sheet adopts a classic sandwich composite structure, formed through a high-pressure integrated pressing process and high-temperature autoclaving, resulting in a stable structure that is not prone to delamination or cracking. The standard product uses two layers of 0.5mm perforated hot-dip galvanized steel sheet as the surface layer, with an 8.5mm asbestos-free high-density fiber cement core material in the middle, for a total finished thickness of 9.5mm. For special working conditions, the product can be flexibly customized and upgraded. For highly corrosive environments, a 304 stainless steel panel can be replaced, and a customized style with a 12mm thicker core material can be added, further improving the sheet's fire resistance and explosion-proof load-bearing capacity, adapting to more high-standard engineering needs. The standard sizes for the panels are 2400×1200mm and 2440×1220mm, and non-standard cutting is also supported to adapt to various construction scenarios.
In terms of core performance, fiber cement composite steel panels possess exceptional safety protection attributes. The panels are made of A1-grade non-combustible inorganic material, producing no open flame, no molten drips, and no toxic fumes during combustion. A single panel has a fire resistance limit of up to 2 hours. When combined with a light steel keel and rock wool-filled integrated wall system, the fire resistance limit can be increased to 4 hours, effectively preventing the spread of fire and providing ample time for evacuation and fire rescue. Simultaneously, the panels possess excellent explosion-proof and impact-resistant capabilities. The surface steel plate evenly disperses blast shock waves, while the internal fiber cement core efficiently absorbs impact energy. Upon encountering an explosion, it will not shatter and scatter, fundamentally avoiding secondary damage. It can withstand shock waves up to 1.5MPa, fully meeting the explosion-proof protection standards for high-risk locations.
Compared to traditional concrete retaining walls, fiber cement composite steel panels offer significant advantages in terms of lightweight and efficiency. With a surface density of ≤25kg/㎡, they weigh only one-third of concrete walls, effectively reducing the overall load on building beams and columns, making them suitable for various new construction and renovation projects. The panels are extremely easy to install; on-site cutting, drilling, grooving, and pipe installation are possible without prefabrication, significantly shortening the construction cycle. Furthermore, the panels can be recycled and reused after disassembly, effectively reducing overall project costs and offering a significant cost-performance advantage.
In addition, these panels boast comprehensive adaptability. With a moisture expansion rate of only 0.03%, they are moisture-proof, mildew-proof, acid and alkali resistant, and salt spray corrosion resistant, making them perfectly suited for humid and highly corrosive environments such as basements, coastal areas, and chemical pickling workshops. They also provide excellent sound insulation and noise reduction, effectively blocking equipment noise and explosion impact noise, making them suitable for noise reduction scenarios such as machine rooms and tunnels. The panels have a flat and uniform surface, requiring no additional leveling. They can be directly painted or covered with finishes, and even the bare panels can create an industrial-style decorative effect, balancing practicality and aesthetics. Furthermore, the product is asbestos-free and formaldehyde-free, belonging to Class A radioactive environmentally friendly building materials, making it safe for both indoor and outdoor use. With double reinforcement from galvanizing for rust prevention and a cement core for anti-aging, it requires almost no maintenance after installation and has a long service life.
Due to its multiple superior properties, fiber cement composite steel panels have a wide range of applications. In the field of high-risk industrial explosion protection, they can be used for the construction of explosion-proof walls, explosion-resistant partitions, and explosion-venting auxiliary walls in chemical plants, pharmaceutical workshops, oil and gas depots, hazardous chemical warehouses, military factories, substations, energy storage rooms, lithium battery workshops, and other locations, strictly conforming to the 14J938 industry standard. In the field of public infrastructure, they are suitable for fireproof partition projects in data centers, subway tunnels, generator rooms, airports, various laboratories, and hospital hazardous materials storage rooms. Simultaneously, it can also be used as decorative partition material for factory interior walls, loft mezzanine floors, industrial-style walls, and soundproof ceilings in computer rooms, adapting to diverse building construction needs.
The complete fiber cement composite steel plate protective wall system is composed of galvanized light steel keel, fiber cement composite steel plate, rock wool fireproof filling layer, and special explosion-proof accessories. The entire system has undergone professional fire protection and explosion-proof testing, demonstrating a stable structure and reliable performance. It is currently the preferred new building material for building safety protection, fire prevention, explosion protection, noise reduction, and corrosion prevention projects.
