The complete panel structure consists of three core functional layers

Two outer layers adopt hot-dip galvanized perforated steel sheets:During the pressing and curing process, fiber cement raw materials penetrate through dense holes and form mechanical interlocking joints with metal sheets. This special interlock eliminates common failures including layer separation, hollowing and surface peeling that trouble many ordinary composite boards. For conventional specifications, the thickness of each galvanized steel face sheet reaches 0.5 mm; clients can select upgraded stainless steel surface sheets if projects face coastal high humidity, chemical corrosive atmosphere or saline environment;

Sandwiched between dual steel layers is the high-density fiber reinforced cement core: Raw materials include low-alkali siliceous cement, alkali-resistant glass fiber, cellulose fiber and inert mineral fillers. After autoclave curing under constant temperature and pressure, the core gains stable compressive performance and excellent energy absorption capacity. Unlike brittle single cement slabs, staggered fiber networks inside the core disperse local stress when impacted, preventing instant fragmentation under blast load. Standard finished panel overall thickness is 9.5 mm, with customizable dimension options to match modular wall systems

 

Its anti-explosion protection logic relies on synergistic effects between metal layers and inorganic cement core. Once accidental deflagration or explosion occurs inside facilities, shockwaves and flying debris hit the panel surface first. Ductile galvanized steel sheets evenly distribute concentrated blast pressure and block high-speed fragments from penetrating through the wall. Subsequently, the fiber cement core consumes massive kinetic energy via slight structural deformation and microcrack development. Shockwave energy is attenuated layer by layer, instead of directly transmitting to protected areas behind partitions. Different from vented explosion relief panels designed for controlled rupture, our explosion-proof fiber cement steel board belongs to anti-blast retaining panels. It maintains basic structural integrity after bearing specified blast pressure, avoiding secondary injuries caused by splashing broken fragments

 

Beyond core blast resistance, inherent inorganic material properties bring reliable fire safety performance. The whole panel is classified non-combustible material. Under standard fire testing conditions, single-layer installation achieves fire resistance up to 4 hours; optimized multi-layer assembly can reach longer fire endurance. During flame exposure, no dense toxic smoke or volatile hazardous substances will be released, complying with fire protection codes of most countries and regions. Meanwhile, the composite structure delivers stable moisture resistance. The galvanized steel surface stops water vapor intrusion, and the compact cement core will not expand, mold or degrade under long-term damp working conditions 

 

Manufacturing follows strict quality control procedures. Raw material inspection, perforation precision control, integrated pressing, steam curing and finished flatness testing form closed-loop production. Every batch can provide corresponding test reports for blast resistance, fire rating and physical performance to satisfy engineering acceptance requirements. Installation adopts mature dry construction scheme. Panels can be cut on-site with dedicated tools and fixed on steel support frames. Builders can complete partition assembly without complicated wet operations, shortening construction cycles significantly
