Product Introduction

The surface of the punching fiber cement composite steel plate is uniformly perforated, produced through a punching process. This process allows for ventilation, noise reduction, and weight reduction, while also ensuring explosion resistance and fire resistance. When used as a decorative surface, no additional leveling is required, and the sheet can be cut on-site to accommodate various sizes. The punching fiber cement composite steel plate is processed through a hydraulic punching and shearing machine to ensure smooth, burr-free perforations, preventing cracking in the fiber cement layer or rusting in the steel layer. Furthermore, the sheet maintains its mechanical properties, making it suitable for load-bearing or suspended ceiling applications.

The punching design enables the punching fiber cement composite steel plate to actively regulate the environment, transforming traditional sound insulation materials into integrated sound absorption and insulation. Sound energy entering the core layer through the holes is repeatedly reflected and rubbed by the porous structure formed by the cement and fibers, ultimately converting the sound energy into heat, achieving efficient absorption of low- and medium-frequency noise. Evolving from a sealed, moisture-proof design to a breathable, moisture-removing design, the perforated design creates airflow pathways through the holes. When condensation or moisture forms inside the material, convection is generated between the holes and the outside and inside air, actively dissipating the moisture.

The perforated design also provides a decorative effect for the punching fiber cement composite steel plate. The shape and density of the holes filter and reshape light, creating a natural light and shadow aesthetic without the need for additional decoration.

Ordinary concrete steel sheets are limited to industrial and concealed construction, while punching fiber cement composite steel plate can withstand both harsh industrial environments and decorative applications in public buildings and residential spaces, shifting their application from behind-the-scenes to the forefront, undoubtedly expanding their scope of application.

Industrial:

Punching fiber cement composite steel plate, with their fireproof and impact-resistant properties, mitigate fire risks. Their sound-absorbing properties also reduce the impact of equipment noise on the surrounding environment. The air permeability of the perforated edges prevents stuffiness in equipment rooms caused by heat dissipation.

Public:

Their sound-absorbing properties can improve echo issues in large spaces. The perforated pattern blends seamlessly with the overall design, replacing the monotony of traditional steel panels and reducing ongoing maintenance costs, improving cost-effectiveness.

Residential:

Compared to traditional aluminum gussets, punching fiber cement composite steel plate offer a higher fire rating. The fiber-cement core is formaldehyde-free, making it more environmentally friendly. They also possess excellent impact resistance and a longer service life in residential applications.

From a cost-effective perspective, when achieving fireproofing, moisture-proofing, sound-absorbing, and decorative effects simultaneously, there's no need to layer multiple materials, avoiding a complex construction process and reducing overall construction costs.

Regular Cleaning:

Use a soft-bristled brush or neutral detergent to remove accumulated dust from the holes. Avoid direct high-pressure water jets, which can cause the fiber layer to absorb water and expand. In dusty environments, vacuum the holes quarterly to prevent blockage and ventilation.

Structural Integrity Inspection:

Visually inspect the holes for cracks or delamination. If any fiber-cement peeling is observed, promptly fill with polymer repair mortar.

When maintaining and servicing punching fiber cement composite steel plates, wear protective equipment such as masks and gloves to avoid inhaling fiber dust and protect yourself.
