Fiber-reinforced cement composite board (FRC composite board) is a high-performance inorganic composite board made of silicate cement as the matrix and high-performance fibers (alkali-resistant glass fiber/plant fiber/synthetic fiber) as the reinforcing phase, through pulping, molding, pressurization, and curing. It is often used in a sandwich structure (fiber cement panel + insulation core material) to meet integrated needs. The product complies with standards such as JC/T 412.1-2018 "Asbestos-free Fiber Cement Flat Board" and JG/T 396-2012 "Non-load-bearing Fiber Reinforced Cement Board for Exterior Walls," and is a green building material that can replace traditional gypsum board, calcium silicate board, and masonry partition walls.  Core Layer (Composite): Rock wool/polystyrene/polyurethane, etc., achieving integrated thermal insulation, sound insulation, and lightweight design.

 Process: Vacuum dehydration → High-pressure molding → High-temperature steam curing → Interface lamination → Cutting/Surface treatment
