What are the key maintenance points for explosion-proof panels during use?

Regular cleaning is essential for explosion-proof panels installed indoors. Wipe the surface with a clean, soft cloth or mild detergent to remove dust and stains. Avoid using harsh, corrosive detergents to prevent damage to the galvanized coating or affecting the performance of the fiber cement board. Regularly check for loose fasteners. If bolts or rivets are loose, tighten them immediately to ensure the panels are securely installed.

Explosion-proof panels used outdoors are significantly affected by natural factors such as rain, sunlight, and wind and sand. Periodically, they require a thorough cleaning. High-pressure water jets with a neutral detergent can be used, but be careful to control the water pressure to prevent impact damage to the panel surface. Check the surface coating for peeling or rust. Repair any damaged areas of the galvanized coating promptly, applying anti-rust paint or other protective materials. Also, monitor environmental changes surrounding the explosion-proof panels, such as building settlement and foundation displacement. If any issues that may affect the panel's stability are detected, reinforce or adjust them promptly. In some special environments with corrosive media, such as chemical workshops, in addition to daily maintenance, additional protective measures may be considered, such as applying anti-corrosion protective film on the surface of the explosion-proof panel, regularly inspecting and replacing the protective film, extending the service life of the explosion-proof panel, and ensuring that it always maintains good explosion-proof performance during use.
