This prevents the steel sheet from detaching and scattering in the event of an explosion, significantly reducing the risk of secondary injury. The core layer is made of asbestos-free, high-density fiber-reinforced cement, composed of low-alkali cement, quartz sand, and wood pulp fiber. It contains no formaldehyde or radioactive substances, fully complies with European and American green building material testing standards, and releases no toxic fumes during high-temperature combustion. The standard factory size is 1220×2440mm (4×8 feet, a common export specification), with a mainstream thickness of 9.5mm. Thicker versions (6mm and 12mm) can be customized. The panels are available in two main series: bare galvanized industrial style and fluorocarbon pre-coated decorative style, catering to both explosion-proof protection and aesthetic interior decoration needs.
