Frame spacing is ≤ 1200mm, with vertical deviation ≤ 2mm/m. Use M10 expansion bolts to secure the keels to the main structure.
Panel Securing
When securing 9.5 thick fiber cement composite steel panels, use specialized screws with a 15mm distance from the edge and a 200-300mm center-to-center spacing. Cut with a table saw to ensure straight lines and smooth out any burrs.
Joint Treatment
3-5mm expansion joints are left between panels and filled with fireproof sealant. Joints should be staggered to avoid continuous seams.
